Unvented Megaflo Repairs:
Megaflo repairs can be carried out usually in under 2-3 hours, and sometimes in under an hour.
Depending on the nature of the fault, time spent diagnosing and rectification varies.
HOWEVER! We work on fixed charges for repairs, so irrespective of the time required to rectify our Megaflo problems, the charge doesn't GO UP.

What's covered?
The fixed charge covers all repairs, or replacement of Megaflo parts, and associated controls.
From the cold water inlet control valve to the hot water outlet connection.
This includes:
- Electric TSR Thermostats (Direct DD Electric Megaflos)
- Incoloy Immersion heating elements.
- Thermostat and Overheat Thermostat (Indirect CL Models)
- T&P safety valve
- PRV (Cold water) and check valves
- Cold water combination valve
- Honeywell zone valve (Indirect CL models)
- Pipework from safety valves to Tundish
- Pipework from CWCV to cylinder inlet
And what's not!
We work specifically on the Megaflo unit, and we carry 90% of spare parts on the vehicles, ensuring a 99% first fix, first call completion rate.
However, we do have the facilities and expert engineers to deal with problems externally. Such as hot and cold plumbing, boilers and heating systems.
What's not covered in the fixed charge:
- Hot and cold water supplies and plumbing
- Discharge pipework from the outlet of the Tundish
- Shower valves, or taps
- Drainage or waste supplies
- Mains water supplies or stopcocks
- Mains electrical systems, beyond fused spurs
- Rectification of poor, shoddy or incorrect installations
