Myself and my team have been in the Heating & Plumbing industry for over 36 years. We specialise in unvented hot and cold water systems, and associated heating systems. We also used teach, assess and approve plumbers for the PART G3 unvented hot water qualifications and licenses at the National Construction College in Erith Kent.

It was by chance, and a random comment by a commercial sales rep from Heatrae Sadia that Megaflo-service.co.uk was borne.

Initially, the websites were designed as a hobby, and for consumer information and advice. However, due to the unbelievable tales of woe and distress we received, and the sheer volume of requests to rectify faults and problems, it was a natural progression to expand into a service and repair business. 

Over the past few years, it has become apparent that the levels of skill, knowledge, professionalism, expertise, and communication are very poor in the Plumbing and Heating industry. Even the large companies fall at every hurdle concerning basic communication.

We take great pride in our communications, and expert services. 

To date, we now have a small team of hand picked, and personally trained expert G3 qualified engineers. Highly qualified and experienced with Unvented Hot Water Systems and the associated heat sources. In particular Vaillant boilers and heating systems.(www.vaillantservice.co.uk)

Unfortunately, a large number of appliances and installations we see are unserviceable. This is due to poorly thought out, and simply dumb installation practices.

However, we will always endeavour to provide the best service and advice, and rectify your hot water problems with the least amount of drama as possible.
