Booking A Call

To book a call with an expert Megaflo Unvented Service Engineer, simply give us a call, 9am-4pm Mon to Fri, for a chat & advice. We prefer to deal with human beings, not automated systems or emails.

We will need the details of the property owner. Full name, full postal address, mobile phone number and Email address.

We work on a fully electronic system, which is paperless.

Once we have raised your customer record, you can arrange visits for your property, or any other properties that you own.

You will receive a confirmation Email, a text message reminder 24hrs before the call, and a text message when the engineer has left his previous call and is en-route to you.

Charges apply to pre-booked appointments, and postcode location. Charges may vary dependent on location. Please call to confirm your appointment and charges. We do not provide 24hr emergency services.
Warranty & Maintenance
All equipment offered carries a standard manufacturers warranty, effective for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase/installation, and is conditional on the appliance being serviced at 12 month intervals by a competent registered gas operative, and has been installed in accordance with manufacturers instructions, and a service record is kept with a Benchmark certificate of compliance.
The warranty includes full parts cover, plus a labour allowance for replacement components (details available from this office on request).
A recommended maintenance program is available from this office, and we offer a full maintenance package to suit manufacturers specifications. To discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us ***********.

Terms & Conditions
Our standard terms and conditions of trading (available on request) apply in all instances.
Payment terms are payment on completion, all engineers carry secure card readers.

*Where an appliance cannot be repaired or serviced, due to poor installation, or has not been installed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, or current Gas Safety Regulations, the minimum charge will apply at our discretion at the current rate.

Any quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of quotation. Title of goods does not pass from ourselves until the final invoice is paid in full. In some instances, a deposit may be required.
